The larger they got, the less personalised the service became, with clients having to deal with a new member of staff at every stage of the process.
We knew we wanted to do things differently, which is why we thought it was about time to strike out on our own. Hawkins & Patterson was created to offer a more heritage approach, the way it was when we both started out in the industry.
