Providing premium property services to clients from Henley-in-Arden to Stratford and all the villages in between, David is a director at Hawkins & Patterson.

After starting in the industry running Shipways Solihull, David spent many years working at a branch of John Shepherd, before moving to Henley-in-Arden, where he established a franchise agreement with Hunters.

It was here he met Russell, who was working at the Solihull branch at the time. They spent around eight years working together before Hunters sold, and David decided to set up a new franchise agreement with Peter Clarke.

Determined to offer a more personal service to clients, he eventually decided to cut ties and create a new kind of agency, one where expert local knowledge and long-standing relationships are key to client success.

Operating on behalf of clients in Solihull and the surrounding areas, Russell is a director and one-half of the founding of Hawkins & Patterson.

At the age of just 20, he started his career as a branch manager at GA Property Services, before moving to Melvyn Danes Solihull office for five years. It wasn’t long before he was headhunted by Hunters, where he provided a passionate service to property owners for over 15 years. It was only after becoming a director at Smart Homes that Russell started thinking about a change of direction.

Outside of the property market, Russell is a keen golfer, and a fan of snowboarding, rugby and MotoGP. In winter you might find him in a country pub enjoying a crackling fire, in summer, admiring the stunning sea views of Carbis Bay, near St. Ives.

As the lettings principal here at Hawkins & Patterson, Kelly takes care of all tenants and landlords with a passionate property management service.

After spending 15 years in the finance and wealth sector, Kelly moved to estate sales management where she realised her passion for helping people find their forever home. With many professional credentials including a certificate in counselling and a degree in Business Psychology, she knows the importance of finding the right tenant for a landlord’s property.

Exceptionally well-regarded in her field, she has an unparalleled professional track record, with a high level of loyal clients and referrals. Among her peers, Kelly is known for being diligent and determined; a woman who goes the extra mile to ensure client success.

Head of Security here at Hawkins & Patterson, Billy began work at just 3 months old, arriving in the office bright-eyed and bushy-tailed.

With ten years of experience now under his collar, all visitors to our office are personally vetted by Billy, with VIP treatment offered to all those who bring treats or make a little fuss.

Working from home on Thursdays and Fridays, Billy also likes to meet and greet the residents of Henley High Street at lunchtime, a great excuse to get away from the phones and clear his head. Never one to brag, Billy also has a little modelling experience, and is happy to appear in photographs for suitable country cottages.
